North Zulch ISD is seeking a student-centered, collaborative leader to direct campus operations and lead instructional excellence at the elementary level. The principal will oversee academics, campus culture, staff development, student success, and daily campus operations while fostering strong relationships with students, staff, families, and the community.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited university
- Valid Texas Principal Certification (or appropriate Texas certificate)
- Certified T-TESS Appraiser preferred
- Minimum 3 years classroom teaching experience
- Campus leadership experience preferred
- Strong instructional leadership
- Knowledge of curriculum, assessment, and accountability
- Budget and personnel management experience
- Data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and community engagement skills
- Lead campus instructional programs and support student achievement
- Supervise, evaluate, and develop staff
- Manage campus operations, budget, and compliance
- Promote positive student behavior and campus culture
- Coordinate school events and family engagement activities
- Collaborate with district leadership to advance campus goals
- Build strong partnerships with staff, parents, and the community
