Iola ISD is seeking an Early Childhood (Pre-K) Paraprofessional for the 2026-2027 School Year

- Assist in planning and executing developmentally appropriate programs for assigned classes.
- Maintain warm, caring, and respectful attitude toward children in his/her care.
- Where appropriate, work in partnership with a co-teacher and other staff.
- Observe developmental status of individual children and plan programs accordingly.
- Maintain professional confidentiality and never discuss concerns about children/parents/staff within earshot of children or parents.
- Maintain consistent supervision and active involvement with children at all times.
- Prepare the classroom environment and its materials in a developmentally appropriate manner, on a daily basis.
