Elementary Principal
Anderson-Shiro CISD is looking for a highly motivated, certified Administrator to handle ALL aspects of Campus operations. The administrator is expected to Direct and manage overall campus operations. Responsible for leadership of the campus instructional program ensuring high standards of instruction and student achievement, compliance with district policies, application of instructional programs, and effective operation of all campus activities.
Texas principal or other appropriate Texas certificate
Certified Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) appraiser
Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction
Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness
Instructional leadership roles preferred
Background Check
Master's Degree
Valid Texas Administrator's Certificate
5 Years Successful Classroom Teaching
3 Years of Successful Campus Administrative Duties
Master's degree from an accredited college or university
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to implement policy, procedures, and interpret data.
Ability to manage budget and personnel
Three years experience as a classroom teacher
